The Beef Roundtable will be a monthly brief podcast that will feature some of the top leaders in the beef industry. The podcast will feature discussion of current topics of interest to all beef producers. While the Beef Roundtable is a no holds barred, free-wheeling discussion of current events; the opinions of each of the participants will be solely theirs and they will not necessarily be those of Purdue University or BEEF magazine.
